The offer for your vehicle is valid for 7 days.
Most transactions take 30-60 minutes. We may contact you prior to your appointment to obtain some of the needed information to speed up the process!
After the sale is complete, we will issue a check made payable to the names listed on the title.
If you own the vehicle:
- Valid and current vehicle registration.
- The vehicle’s title.
- Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle title.
- Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle.
- All owners listed on the title need to be present.
If vehicle is financed or leased:
- Valid and current vehicle registration.
- Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle registration.
- We will require a social security number or account number to obtain a 15 day payoff from your lender.

Our team is here to help during the opening hours of 8:30am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am-6pm on Saturday.
We will contact your lender to get a 15-day payoff and handle all the paperwork for you. If your payoff is higher than your offer, we will calculate the difference and explain how to cover the remaining amount.
